Our goal is to make the transport process as smooth, safe, and convenient as possible, ensuring your hot tub or sauna arrives ready for installation and use.
For customers with special requirements or unusual delivery locations, please let us know and we will check with our transport partners to find the best solution.
Bath barrels and saunas will be sent usually assembled, but depending of the model, it is possible to send also by parts. Heaters ordered separately will be packed on a half pallet or EUR pallet depending of the amount and size.
We cooperate with well known transport companies like DHL, Dachser, DSV, Schenker etc.
Delivery price depends on the size and the amount of products ordered and of the location it is going to. If you request a quote, we will provide you with the exact costs to your door. Depending of the order, delivery will be with a large truck and there must be unloading equipment on site (forklift or similar) or delivery with a smaller truck – lorry that has the liftgate (backlift/tailgate).
Some items can be delivered also to the packstations (DHL, DPD, Smartposti, Omniva).
